[wp-testers] issue with multilanguage in multisite install - wp3.0-beta1

I installed the new wordpress 3.0 beta 1 and setup a french default language
for new site created in the super admin panel.
Everything is ok : a new site is created in french. But if i update "general
setting" on the new site, the database options WPLANG is set to nothing
affecting the site to be in english. And no option to set back in french.

To be clear every time i update a general setting page of a site, the
language is erased to nothing and i have to go manually in the database to
set WPLANG back in fr_FR.

I hope this will be fix in a next update.
