[wp-testers] Missing "?>" tag in "wp-config.sample.php"

on my debian etch install wp-config.php contains the following warning at
the top of the file...

/** WordPress's Debianised default master config file

Please do NOT edit and read about how the configuration works in the

wp-settings does not.
