[wp-testers] couldn't edit style seet with wp version (2.9-rare)

hi great testers Always thank you.
I loved in WordPress so much.
I hope if I knew some PHP and Javascript,I may help you.
but I have not those Skils.
 I can test and tell you some bug.

anyway today
I got some problem with "Edit Themes"
I couldn't edit styleseet.

I could edit other PHP files,
I was gread up to version (2.9-rare) today with WordPress Beta Tester plugin.
I got This problem 2of my sites,
I was try other Themes but got same problem.

error said "Sorry, that file cannot be edited."
tried change that filesPermission,but not fixed

I never got this problem even use version 2.9
