[wp-testers] New post problem

In the latest nightly (2.8-beta2-11480) with no active plugins, I get a
WordPress failure notice when I try to create a new post. The draft is
created via autosave and I can edit the post, but I can't create it by
pushing the "Save Draft" button or the "Publish" button.

This is the notice text:

Your attempt to edit this post: “Test” has failed.

> Please try again. <http://localhost/wp/wp-admin/post-new.php>
>

Anyone else experiencing this?
