[wp-testers] Curious about wp-latest

This isn't major, just curious really. Timeline is showing a bump (the
latest to 2.8.1-alphabeta-11594) but wordpress-latest is still showing
2.9-rare. Am I correct in thinking that "latest" is following the 2.9 branch
and not the .1?
