[wp-testers] Adobe Flash Player 10

I don't have a official download link, I got mine from here: 
http://www.9down.com/Adobe-Flash-Player-10-0-12-36-34375/

Adobe Flash Player 10.0.12.36 is the version that works for me. Version 
10.0.22.87 is the one that currently does not work for me.

I remember all the chaos on wordpress.org the last time a Flash Player did 
not work in a version of WP. Lots of "images won't upload threads" ;)

Might be worth doing some invertigation to fix this before the WP 2.8 
release....
