[wp-testers] Plugin installation issues in API request

[Dion Hulse(DD32)]

Its possible many are.

Its incredibly hard to get something that works 100% under every server  
configuration, Theres (i think)  2 trac tickets open on server  
configurations with the current items have issues with.
