[wp-testers] Plugin installation issues in API request

There is am issue in installing plugins from the dashboard. Plugins>Add New
Whenever i tried to add new plugins the results never shown on single
clicks, it reflects

*An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.*

*Try again*

Similarly, after 2-3 attempts when there comes the install options then it
again reflects the same errors !

Note: Tested this on 5-6 different blogs on different servers !
