[wp-testers] Strict Standards over the Place in SVN

I encountered some two strict standards warning with the scripts loader  
(SVN):

Strict standards: Declaration of WP_Scripts::set_group() should be  
compatible with that of WP_Dependencies::set_group() in  
\wordpress\wp-includes\class.wp-scripts.php on line 184
Strict standards: Declaration of WP_Styles::all_deps() should be  
compatible with that of WP_Dependencies::all_deps() in  
\wordpress\wp-includes\class.wp-styles.php on line 119

Where can I send in patches for the SVN version? How are those PHP5  
related errors handeled?
