[wp-testers] Pages Gone.

More than likely the errors during the install is the cause of the  
issue than. Did the errors occur during or immediately prior to or  
after the DB upgrade?

There has never been an upgrade notice on a stable release to install  
a development version. I run SVN so maybe I do not get update notices  
and nightly builds do. Can someone verify this?
