[wp-testers] New lines output 'rn' instead

Hi all,
I just upgraded to the latest trunk on my WP 2.8-bleeding site, saved a new
post and all new lines have 'rn' outputted instead. This applies to the
visual editor as well as the HTML editor. I'm using Chrome 2.0.164.0, and
Windows XP SP3.

Is anybody else experiencing this?
