[wp-testers] Insufficient Priviledges to Access Wordpress 2.7

Whenever you report something like this, it's always important to give
specific messages that the software is generating.
For example, it sounds like you get an error message when you try to do
the update. Please copy and paste the exact error message in your next
reply.
That information will give us a better idea of exactly what is happening.
My guess however is that your file permissions may not be set up to
allow the web user (apache, nobody, your username, etc depending on your
host's setup) to modify files.
