[wp-testers] Next development version

The 2.8 nightlies update nightly.
The version string which changed near-daily under the final weeks of
2.7 will not be changed until beta testing time comes again AFAIK,
However, IF you change your version string to 2.8-foo manually, using
the re-install link will update you to the latest nightly version each
time.
