[wp-testers] Keeping unwanted files removed during svn update.

Hello all! I'm not sure where or when I saw this topic discussed before, 
but I was wondering if any SVN guru knew how to keep certain unwanted 
WordPress files/ themes deleted during a SVN Update? Every time I do a 
SVN Update for someone, it restores these files that the person doesn't 
want... Is there a way to keep them removed automatically during a SVN 
Update? :)
