Wow, that's a lot of plugins... The protocal here is to disable all (yeah, I
know it's a pain) your plugins and try it again. If that fixes the problem,
reactivate the plugins one by one to see which one breaks it again.

If deactivating the plugin doesn't work, it's possible that in the process
of upgrading to 2.6.2, one of the files became corrupted or didn't
down/upload properly. You could always try re-downloading 2.6.2, deleting
all the files from your webserver (except for wp-content and wp-config) and
then uploading it.

If you're still having a problem after that... it may be a bug, or it could
be a disagreement between WP and your server (I had a problem like that
once).
