[wp-testers] 2.7 Plugins admin screen and uninstall

Frank, thanks for the link - very useful.
 
I see now why I have been confused! It's because I can't see a "Delete" option in the Action drop down menu in Plugins Admin (using r9300) whereas the screen shot shown in the article you linked to does show "Delete".  Strange.
