[wp-testers] 2.7 Plugins admin screen and uninstall

By the looks of it: http://trac.wordpress.org/changeset/8585 It takes  
place during the Delete-plugins action.

So any Uninstall routines registered by the plugin will happen during the  
Plugin deletion stage
