[wp-testers] Rev 9351: Can't log in

I've been using subversion to get the bleeding-edge 2.7; I update once  
very few days and give things a try. A couple of revs ago (I don't  
recall which, but this problem still exists as of 9351), I found I  
could no longer log in. The DB version updated to 9300, necesitating a  
DB update upon admin login. However, what happens is this: On log in,  
I am redirected to update.php; and then I am immediately redirected  
back to wp-login.php. I cannot access any admin functions, although I  
am, in some sense, logged in: I can leave comments on posts.

Any ideas?
