[wp-testers] Automatic Upgrade (non-plugin)/Google Gears

Hi all,

First off, 2.7 seems to look great.

However, I believe that when upgrading the nightly builds, some of the 
cached files in Gears prevent the redesigns from appearing until the 
Turbo page is visited again and the Gears files are updated?  Should the 
Upgrade Automatically button do this for us by default, perhaps?
