[wp-testers] AUTO-UPGRADE QUERY

I wouldn't mind seeing this as well. With 2.7 having the auto upgrade 
feature installed, it would be nice to see the footer display the trunk 
snapshot and when there is a new snapshot available, notify us that an 
upgrade is ready.
