Dont spam, Thats all really.

Go right ahead!, Theres no secrets, anything you feel writing about, go
right ahead, Just be aware that the current UI is changing a lot, and just
because something works in the way it does now, doesnt mean it will
tomorrow :)

Everything is generally run through IRC
(irc://irc.freenode.net/wordpress-dev ) and Trac,
http://trac.wordpress.org/report Jump in and write up a patch for
something if you want, Propose a new feature on trac and write it up,
http://trac.wordpress.org/report/13 lists a fair few bugs that need patches

A note on trac: Everything in milestone 2.9 are tickets which have been
open for awhile, and just didnt get done for 2.6, In a effort to clean
everything up, All tickets were moved to 2.9 until something could be done
with them, that way theres a lot less listed under 2.7.
Tickets without Patches are generally set to 2.8, If its got a patch, its
set to 2.7 (Unless its a severe bug in 2.6)

Theres been a bit of work on keeping only 2 open, which i dont agree with,
I like to skim through a lot of the sections, and having the rest close on
me when i'm only going to go back there on the next page load is anoying :)

It'll be back, The header is getting a makeover at present, a few things
will change there.

Varies depending on your screen size though, I personally zoom in or out
depending on my mood..
