[wp-testers] Misspelled Categories and Tags with many postings will not edit.

Bumping a ticket to 2.8 does not mean it has been pushed back to that
version. All tickets without a patch will be assigned to at least the
milestone after next. A ticket will only be moved to the next upcoming
release once it has a patch.
