[wp-testers] founded bugs in last builds

Hi, wp-testers.

BUG #1 on /wp-admin/edit-pages.php

if used permalinks (not standard ?p= | ?page_id= bla bla bla), then list of pages in mage management are
broken
see screenshots at

also not shown at top numbers of privated pages and not working screen
options on "edit pages" page (then enabled permalinks)

BUG #2 when update wp263 to wp27beta(all betas) then upload dir
changed to /uploads/0000/00 instead normal /uploads/2008/11
If i'm go to /wp-admin/options-misc.php  and press SAVE CHANGES button
, then all working normal
