[wp-testers] 2.7 beta 3 - dashboard link broken

I've seen this problem with WP 2.5.x and 2.6.x as well.
>From memory it's caused by an index.php file in your wp-content/plugins/
folder.

If you rename or remove this file, then the dashboard link should work.
