[wp-testers] 2.7 beta 3 - dashboard link broken

In the beta 3 the dashboard link is broken and just leads to a white page
with nothing on it. It worked in beta 2.

In beta 2 the link said: http://www.example.com/wp-admin/index.php - and
that worked.

In beta 3 the link says:
http://www.example.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=index.php - this doesn't
work!
