[wp-testers] widget changes not showing on front page

Once a scheduled post posted, the changes were apparent on the front end. I
made other changes and those aren't showing up on the front end. I'll find
something to publish and see if that will reset the front end. Refreshing
and hard refreshing are not working to show the changes on the front end.

I made some changes to widgets and they seem to have "taken" in the back
end, but they do not show up in the front end. Beta2-9582 with the newer
/includes/http.php.
