[wp-testers] Tag error in default theme

Yeah, funny thing... my host claims to be on php 5, but none of the php5
functions ever work for me... I've been meaning to check that out. But yeah,
if it doesn't work in php4, either it should be fixed, or the "minimum
requirements" should be changed.
