[wp-testers] Comments Menu Option Gone with IntenseDebate

Basically, my comments menu item and it's subitems have vanished (just
invisible, structure still there) now that IntenseDebate is online on my
blog. The expand button can still be clicked, but it only adds a bottom
border to the previous item, nothing else happens.
