[wp-testers] Update Post will just hang.

Experiencing the same thing for the longest time. Well, at least pre-beta1.

I checked my access logs (I don't have access to error logs since I'm on 1&1
shared hosting) and saw a code 500, but the post gets updated, etc. I
checked my database tables and wp_postmeta always has an overhead of 116
bytes whenever I try to update or publish a post.

The weird thing about this is that my other WP install doesn't get the
overhead and no errors at all, and it's on the same server.

I'm about to wipe out and reinstall everything and let you know if this
solves the issue, but I hope someone has any idea on resolving this issue
before I nuke my install.
