[wp-testers] WordPress Error when updating or publishing a post

Upon publishing or updating a post, I get an error

"You attempted to edit a post that doesn't exist. Perhaps it was deleted?"

The error is presented after a long wait (about 2-3 minutes). The post
however is published or updated with changes. Currently using beta1-9525 in
Firefox 3.0.3, Windows XP Pro SP3.

I refreshed the error page (Ctrl+F5) thinking on the off-chance that it's a
caching issue with my browser and I was greeted with the usual "Post
updated. Continue editing below or go back."

Same thing happens on Chrome.

Publishing or updating pages and comments do not get this issue.

I tested it on another install and it works fine, no issues whatsoever. Both
installs are on the same 1&1 server.

I'm thinking it has an issue with PHP4 or PHP5, but I'm not sure. This has
been ongoing since beta1 was released.

Help, anyone?
