[wp-testers] Drag/drop broken on Write Post screen

I am unable to drag and drop any of the fields on the post editing
screen. The cursor changes, but when I drag it never picks up.

I can drag/drop panels on the main Dashboard, even though it's a tad
slow and jerky.

I am using Firefox 3.0.3 on Linux (Fedora 10 beta, in point of fact).
