When going to fullscreen mode in the visual editor, it actually opens 
another instance of it covering the whole screen. The non-fullscreen 
editor is still underneath like the rest of the page.

When switching back to non-fullscreen mode, it takes the content from 
the fullscreen instance and places it in the non-fullscreen editor, so 
if you select some text in fullscreen mode the selection won't be kept 
after switching back. You'll have to "finish what you were doing" in 
fullscreen then switch back.
