[wp-testers] Spellcheck error

Hi guys,

I've been having problems with the spell check for quite a while now (had
the issue in 2.6 as well) and I just got down to re-building php with
openssl and curl. I thought it would solve the issue but it hasn't. I still
get the same error window in WP with gibberish in it and now there aren't
any error messages in my error log as well (previously there were, saying
there was an fsockopen error). Any suggestions? I've got litespeed running
on a debian machine with php5.
