[wp-testers] Seeing a lot of PHP notices

While not knowing if these are known or being worked, I'd like to
point out the too many PHP notices I'm seeing all overt WP 2.7. It's
been this way for many days.


1) End of upgrade process
A notice appears in the footer at the end of each upgrade process,
right before "Thank you for creating..."
