[wp-testers] Dashboard Modules not loading

The same as I am seeing and as stated in my other thread this is  
caused by a Quicktags js error.  You guys must also be getting a JS  
error of some kind.
I have tried to trace this but I still don't see where Quicktags comes  
into the Dashboard but it is being loaded and being loaded by WP...
