Till 2.3 I always seen the template page i create for a theme
appearing in write page screen immediatrly without need to reactivate
the theme, and I never edit theme files using WP editor but using
external editor. Actually I'm not on my TEST CP so I can't check on
trunk versione if this is a bug or not... but seem it is... unless
there si some chache server stuff working against this :)
