But, if it's used by the plugin, then it should be with the plugin.
Why can't the updater just delete the plugin's files, and nothing
else. Perhaps by having a new comment tag in the readme file that
states the files and folders that will exist in the plugin's root
folder? Which could actually be done automatically before the ZIP is
packaged...
