Yes I did. I have another WordPress powered site that shows the same 
problem as well as a clean test install on the same server. I also 
checked my local "Sandbox" install of WP 2.6 just now (XAMPP for Windows 
[XP Pro SP3]) and that's showing same type of hesitation when switching 
between Admin pages albeit the wait time is shorter since WP is running 
locally and not dependant on connection speed. Still no error callouts.
