[wp-testers] A blog in two languages?

Hello to everybody,
I have used Wordpress for 1 year, it is fantastic.
Now I would like to use for a new project: a bilingual blog. An article will be translate from my language to english by me (not automatic translator, hey are too bad). 
Who visit eng.myblog.xz/fantastic-blog should have to switch to italian article (ita.myblog.xz/blog-fantastico)just click on a button on sidebar or at end of text and viceversa.
So have I to install wordrpess two time and use 2 different blogs or is there any plug-in for multi-language blogs?
