[wp-testers] Visual editor not shown

hi,

if you have an htaccess in the wp-includes???
drop it, delete it.
and you will see the miracles ;)

someone wrote, i forgot who, about securing your wp-includes directory.
the idea is OK, but your editor is then gone.
