Try posting in the forum, I was under the impression that this was for the
beta and bleeding versions of Wordpress? Please ignore me if I'm wrong,
that's just what I thought it was.
Maybe trying using fresh files with the same database would help?

OK, I run Wordpress 2.3.2. This problem occurred after I changed hosting, I
can give you my whole operations:

1. backup wordpress database on Dreamhost 2. build a null new database on
new hosting 3. import database backup to the new database 4. transfer old
wordpress folder (include all wordpress files and plugins and themes) from
Dreamhost to new hosting via SSH 5. alter wp-config.php to match new
database 6. re-direct domain to new hosting IP 7. successful access to new
site

I think these steps are ok, but I met that problem :(, maybe a fresh
installation is better?
