[wp-testers] No more Save and Continue Editing button?

I also miss the "Save and Continue Editing" button. Autosave is nothing
I can rely on. (I don't even know how often it saves.) I like the
feeling of pushing a button and knowing my work is safe.

Besides, I'd love to see the ability to turn autosave off. I recently
had a case where two users worked on the same article: One was editing,
the other reloaded from time to time in order to proof-read. What they
didn't think about, was the autosave feature: When the writer was ready
and saved his work, the proof-reader was still in the article, and --
autosave saved the old version. It wasn't too tragic in the end, because
the autosaved version wasn't too different from the final version. But
that's one reason why it would be nice to be able to turn autosave off.
