[wp-testers] A bit more on the Rich Text Editor Bug

I'm not one of the developers, but for bugs like this the following 
information is usually critical in finding what is causing it:

What OS are you running?
What Browser(s) have you had this trouble in? (if its just one obscure 
browser probably no one will care)
