[wp-testers] 2.7-RC1-100?? and where's the Turbo?

Hi Ryan,

That explains it then. But is it supposed to be hidden in the "Tools" 
menu also? The reason I'm asking is that there's a new "Tools" *item* 
under the "Tools" menu and clicking on it takes you to the old "Turbo" 
page. That seems a bit strange to me. Might be confusing to new users.
