[wp-testers] dashboard problems

When I first opened up the RC-1 in IE, the footer appeared over the WP dev
blog news. It was about 4 inches from the bottom of the page. It appeared to
be floating over the other content.
I checked other panels and it was where it belonged

But if I have All in one SEO enabled I have other problems that didn't exist
in the beta
When I went back to the dashboard, I got this error
