[wp-testers] 2.7 bleeding "Install Plugins" bug

StatPress will have issues with both the installer, and the automatic
upgrader.
Its due to the way they've setup the SVN repo. for the plugin.

Put simply: Its not "standard" use of a SVN repo, However, I'm planning on
adding a workaround into the installer/upgrader to work around these
issues.

"standard use": Putting the plugin files in /trunk/ and tagging releases
instead of putting plugins in a subdir of /trunk/ (/trunk/wp-statpress/ in
this case)

Theres a ticket on this issue here:
http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/7395

(It'll be a lot easier to write a patch for it now that i know a plugin
which is affected..)

Cheers,
