Not so easy with the service I use. Ain't gonna happen. As long as
the email goes out on a mailman archive, you get "Mr. Anonymous."

That was a mistake, and I apologize.

Okee-dokee.

Hmm... Methinks a saying about geese and ganders applies here.

I do, sincerely apologize if my INITIAL (not subsequent) messages was
"beating you up."

This was cranky, and you do deserve an apology:

> How could you guys not test against this?

If you wanna see a REAL verbal beat-down, then I can share some real
doozies with you.

The rest of the conversation went the way it did because you guys
decided on a "good defense." One day, you may look back fondly on the
guy that only chided you a bit in a mild way.

I will say that you have been FAR more polite than most, which is
good for you. I am very careful about what I write on these boards.
It goes down in my permanent record. I routinely Google prospective
staff, and have decided against interviewing some due to their
behavior on the 'net.

This was a funny joke, especially as you felt the need to repeat it
(and you are doing exactly what you are accusing me of). This is the
first time anyone in the know has actually ever responded to me, and
it looks like I had to break bad to get that much. I've been working
with WP since Version 1, and I have been on the boards for a couple
of years. I ALWAYS have reams of code and detailed explanations when
I report issues. This was NOT a spurious report. It was concise and
factual; as are all my reports.

I will continue to use and extend WP (I'm very, very good at this
stuff), but I'll probably refrain from offering any suggestions in
the future. I was merely trying to give back to the community.

I wish to thank you for an excellent job, but you are right. The
kitchen is too hot. I'll stick to the living room.

Yours most sincerely,

Chris
