[wp-testers] Unable to logon to new 2.3 installation

Did you disable plugins before the upgrade? If not, you might be running
into problems because of that. Rename your wp-content/plugins directory
(doesn't matter what you rename it to, I used 'plugins.old'), then try
running the upgrade again.

If the upgrade appears to work, then you can rename your plugins
directory back, then re-enable your plugins one-by-one.
