[wp-testers] Regarding the Dupe error upon 2.3 upgrade..

I forget, did someone fix this or post something regarding this 
error/issue?

It's come up on the forums, like I figured it would...sigh. What should 
we tell them regarding this, and or where to point them, so "we" can 
help others with same issue? Thanks
