Hmm, you didn't have any tags there though right? Or, did you have tags 
using UTW from the get go? Cause if there's no tags at all, period. 
Nothing will show up here: <?php the_tags( '<p>Tags: ', ', ', '</p>'); ?>

I mean, if you had UTW tags originally, then just had to import them to 
WP Tags, then yeah, they will show up then. I'm sorry, I didn't sleep 
yet, so..please excuse the coffee lacking, sleep deprived spencerp here 
k.. LOL!
